John Lewis Thank you A sincere thank you to the staff of John Lewis of Exeter. Last Friday my wife, Sian, was shopping on her own, when her right arm and leg became weak. The assistant referred to the first aid officer who realised that Sian was having a stroke. She provided care, called an ambulance and telephoned me (at sea). Sian was rapidly admitted to the RD&E Acute Stroke unit, where she is now stabilised, able to swallow again and making a steady recovery on Clyst Ward, only possible due to the quick response and care of John Lewis' team.
